When space allows, we are happy to help owners who can no longer keep their pets. We do not have a big facility so this often means we have a waitlist of animals you may have to be placed on.

As of January 2025 we are urging owners whose animals are already spayed/neutered to try to rehome their animals themselves before surrendering. This frees up our waitlist for animals who require surgery so they do not add to the pet overpopulation.

To inquire about surrendering a pet, please email us a photo of your pet and as much detail about them as possible.

We are not able to take dogs who cannot be kenneled as we use indoor kennels in our facility.

Please note we do not take dogs with a bite history or who are aggressive to strangers as it puts our staff at risk. If you own a dog who has bitten someone and can no longer keep the dog, we do have a program to assist with humane behavior euthanasia
